Delivery Availability

Orders are delivered to serviceable addresses in India. Availability depends on the delivery PIN code, product, seller, and logistics partner. If an address cannot be serviced after an order is placed, we will contact you to arrange a suitable resolution or cancellation and any applicable refund.

Processing and Delivery Estimates

Processing and delivery estimates shown on the product, checkout, or order page apply to that item. Timing varies by seller location, stock, destination, and courier availability. Estimates are not a guarantee of a fixed delivery date. Contact support if your stated delivery estimate has passed.

Weather, holidays, transport disruption, and other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. Delays do not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

Shipping Charges and Separate Packages

Applicable shipping charges are disclosed in the order summary before payment. Free shipping applies when the order summary shows no shipping charge. Items from different sellers may be dispatched in separate packages and arrive on different dates.

Tracking and Delivery Issues

Tracking information is shown in your order details when available. Provide an accurate address and reachable mobile number. If delivery fails, the parcel is missing, or a package arrives damaged or with the wrong item, contact support promptly with the order number and available photographs. Please retain packaging while the issue is reviewed.
