Refund and Return Policy

A clear baseline for customer support, seller responsibility, and marketplace review.

Return eligibility depends on the product category, seller policy, item condition, and delivery status shown on the order page.

Customers should raise issues from the support section with the order item, reason, and supporting details. Sellers are expected to respond within the marketplace support workflow.

Refunds for prepaid orders will require payment gateway reconciliation after online payments are enabled. COD and bank-transfer cases may require manual marketplace approval.

EFarmers may reject refund requests for used, damaged, mismatched, late, or policy-excluded items unless required by law.
