Cancelling Before Dispatch
Open My Account and your order details to cancel an eligible item or order while the cancellation option is available. Eligibility depends on the current fulfillment status. If the option is unavailable, contact support with your order number. A request is confirmed only when the cancellation is recorded in your order details or confirmed by support.
Orders with Multiple Items or Sellers
You can request cancellation of eligible individual items. Cancelling one item does not automatically cancel the remaining items or packages. The refund is calculated for the cancelled items using the amount actually paid after applicable discounts and any refundable charges.
After Dispatch or Delivery
Once an item has entered shipping, direct cancellation may no longer be available. Contact support for assistance. Delivered items follow the Refund and Return Policy, including the eligibility shown for the item. This restriction does not limit remedies for defective, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming goods under applicable law.
Seller or Marketplace Cancellation
An order may be cancelled because of unavailable stock, an unserviceable address, an unresolved payment issue, or suspected misuse. We will communicate the cancellation and arrange a refund of any amount collected for the cancelled items. We do not charge a customer cancellation penalty.
Payments and Refunds
Confirmed prepaid cancellations are handled through the refund process. Unpaid Cash on Delivery cancellations do not require a payment refund. A payment debit without a confirmed order should be reported to support with the transaction reference. Refund approval and bank credit are separate steps; see our Refund and Return Policy for details.
